Since 2003, RYT Certified Teachers from Bethany Beach Yoga have been leading Sunrise Yoga classes to welcome the new day with yoga poses, sun salutations and other energizing sequences – while the sun rises above the ocean. Suitable for all levels. Bring a mat, if possible; limited mats available. Bring a beach towel for Thursday beach yoga.
